Trickling Spring Farm

What we grow

Availability changes through the season. This list is kept up to date; if something you want is not on it, ask — we may have it coming.

Vegetables

  • Salad greens

    Spring through autumn

Cut fresh the morning you collect them. Several varieties through the season.

  • Tomatoes

    Midsummer to first frost

Heirloom and slicing varieties, ripened on the vine.

  • Root vegetables

    Late summer through winter

Carrots, beets and turnips. Sweetest after the first cold nights.

Meat

  • Pastured chicken

Summer and autumn, by the batch

Raised on grass in movable shelters. Sold whole, frozen.

  • Grass-fed beef

    Autumn, by arrangement

Sold by the quarter, half or whole. Reserve ahead.

Eggs

  • Pastured eggs

    Year round, fewest in midwinter

From hens that move to fresh grass every few days.
